Sheba founded MultiConnexions Group, Australia’s leading integrated and full service 360 marketing, advertising & digital agency, focussing on New Audiences. Sheba was elected as the first woman National Chair of Australia India Business Council (2016 – 2018) AIBC in its 35-year history. Now as the current National Chair of AIBC Women in Business, and as a first-generation entrepreneur herself, Sheba works actively to promote 50 per cent participation of women in setting up businesses.
Sheba is on several industry boards and was recently elected the President of International Advertising Association of Australia and Global VP for DE&I for IAA. She is passionate about promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the business & marketing world which she believes creates for a more sustainable future besides being good for the business too.Prior to founding MultiConnexions Group, Sheba was CEO/MD at Interpublic, McCann, and Ogilvy/ WPP Group. Sheba is a global marketer and her experience spans across several continents including India, Australia, China, Hong Kong, UK and the US. Sheba is the only recipient from Australia of the Inaugural international IAA Inspire – Champion Award, Sheba received this for her lifetime achievements and excellence in local, regional, and global communication.
Prathamesh Karmarkar

Prathamesh is an entrepreneur with 18+ years of experience spread across FDI & Trade, Engineering, Government, Startup & Business Consulting.
Having worked in the consulting domain for 15+ years, he has a deep understanding of corporate strategy, policy & regulatory affairs and emerging investment & trade opportunities. His past engagements with national & international state Governments include working with Indian states of Telangana, Maharashtra, Chandigarh & Goa to develop the IT, Electronics & Startup ecosystem for the states.
Prathamesh and his team consulted the Government of Telangana in implementing the Electronics policy in the state, responsible for getting investments from national and international companies. (played a significant role in getting Foxconn to invest in Telangana). He has deep rooted networks with corporates, diplomatic organizations, academic bodies and other multipliers.
He has represented several EDO’s and IPA’s in India for about a decade. Some of his major work includes Inbound and outbound FDI engagements with the Governments of Thailand, Cincinnati, Nova Scotia, Missouri, San Jose, Colombia, Jamaica, Ireland, UK, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy and Germany.
He is a partner with Ingress Global Consulting which is a boutique FDI, Startup & Business advisory firm based out of India. He is also a co-founder of Intellikart Ventures which is an IT consulting firm. He is also an advisor on the boards of some innovative Startups in the EV segment.
